Regards, Nic Mueth On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate my experience with Mattex as 11. There are not enough superlatives in my vocabulary which can express how impressed I've been. Your website is far more comprehensive than your competition. Phone calls to Mattex are promptly answered by staff who are courteous and friendly (not to mention local). And that was just the beginning of what became a very happy experience with Mattex. When Mike came out to give me an estimate, he set himself apart from the competition who preceded him. He asked more questions. His inspection was more comprehensive. And he took pictures of the existing utility setup. It was obvious that Mike is a professional. My furnace situation was challenging and difficult. The competition who had preceded him did more cursory inspections, promised to 'crunch some numbers and get back' to me--but then disappeared, never to return. And worse, they often left me hanging by not returning phone calls even weeks after their inspection. Mattex not only came up with a solution that others failed to find, the solution was presented within hours of the inspection. And the proposal was significantly less expensive than what I was expecting to hear. Mike presented his proposal very respectfully, without any pressure to commit to it. But committing to Mattex was the quickest and easiest decision I've ever made. I also can't say enough good things about the entire installation team, who showed up promptly, who were extraordinarily polite, and who worked ridiculously long hours over a two-day stretch. Mattex is a first-rate company, and everyone employed there is an ambassador of impeccable business integrity. Tim, I had a job arise at my home, an old shower mixing valve leaking. Your technician came and did a great job, expeditiously including a parts run, and salvaged the situation. He was most courteous and careful and obviously competent. You are now my home service as well as for the Orthodox Christian Center. Thanks, Thank you for the good service at the house. I appreciated the integrity of Mattex and your technician was excellent. He was very polite, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Good employee for sure.
