Illinois Energy Star Appliance Rebate Program

As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the U.S. Department of Energy has provided funding to states and territories to support consumer rebate programs for ENERGY STAR® qualified appliances and HVAC equipment.  The State of Illinois has allocated nearly $3 million of the funds for use by contractors on HVAC rebates. The funding will be split geographically into two separate areas: northern Illinois and southern central Illinois.  Northern Illinois will receive $2 million and $800,000 has been allocated for Central and Southern Illinois.

What this means to our customers is that we have a determined amount and when it is gone, it is gone.  To receive these rebates, we have partnered with the state Department of Energy.  With a qualifying furnace, air conditioning system, boiler, heat pump and/or water heater you have the opportunity to save money.

2009 / 2010 Tax Credit
